Use Of The Service

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for ensuring that business, tax, customer, product, and receipt information entered into the system is accurate.

Access

The back office is restricted to business owners and authorised staff. Staff permissions may limit access to specific modules and actions.

Business Records

ModernMarket POS helps record and manage operational data, but each business remains responsible for its own compliance, reporting, backups, and tax obligations.
